     2. What are your main responsibilities as a manager at Overload?

     3. Who buys the product and contacts distributors?

     4. How long has this location been open?

     5. What are the top companies you do the most business with?

     6. What is your previous experience in retail? What is your past education?

     7. What are your future career plans?

     8. Who founded Overload? Who is the current owner? Do you have any contact with him/her?

     9. What sets Overload apart from the average Skate Shop?

     10. Does your Photographer status ever overlap with your day job as a manager? Do you ever shoot for the company?

     11. Do you handle the visual merchandising in the store? How strict is it?

     12. The original Northpark location is an event space and art gallery in-store, are there plans for this location in Carmel Valley to do the same?
